Chris­tine Knize, Bro­ker of Top Notch Real Estate Ser­vices, Inc.  opened her bou­tique Miami Real Estate Bro­ker­age in 2009 in Pinecrest, FL. Christine’s expe­ri­ence includes almost three decades of con­struc­tion and design. She is the pres­i­dent of Pal­la­dio Build­ing and Design, Inc., a small gen­eral con­tract­ing firm that she part­ners with her hus­band, Joey White­head. She also owns a well-known dec­o­ra­tive paint com­pany, Faux by Chris­tine, Inc, which has served Miami res­i­dents for over 27 years.

Early Real Estate Experience

Chris­tine earned her sales asso­ciates license in 2005 as an inter­est in buy­ing prop­er­ties for her build­ing com­pany to ren­o­vate and sell. This branched out into work­ing with her friends in find­ing them homes and finally evolved into a full-fledged Miami Real Estate Com­pany in its own right.

Chris­tine Knize’s Roots

Chris­tine Knize was born in New York City and grew up in New Canaan, CT. Christine’s par­ents were both immi­grants, her father Aus­trian and her mother French-Canadian. She attended Tyler School of Art, in Philadel­phia and Rome, Italy for her BFA and Rhode Island School of Design for her MFA. She lived in TriBeCa, New York City for six years before migrat­ing to Miami. Chris­tine has ren­o­vated and con­structed houses in Coconut Grove and Pinecrest. She now lives in Pinecrest with her hus­band in a house that they designed and built in 2002.
